That's me - mostly laughing. Formality just gets in the way of real connection for me so I adopt a casual approach to most things in life.
What's it like to work with me? Well, I'm a connector and neurodivergent so you can assume I'm going to make non-linear conversation and look for connection points.
I'm a child of the 80's and that is most evident in my musical taste (see quote above) and pop culture references. Witty conversation makes me happy and mean people make me sad. I am low key obsessed with figuring out people's celebrity doppelganger. If you don't have one, we'll find you one.

I already mentioned how much I value connections and these are my most important connections - my family. Joe and I have been married for 20 years after meeting on Match.com (it's a great story) and my kids are pretty great. Evie is starting college at University of Minnesota Duluth and Riley is halfway through high school. Our frenchie, Cincy, rounds out our family and is probably the most photographed of any of us!
