You spend a LOT of time planning an event.  Whether it's a fundraiser, marketing event or celebration, you want to make sure you have photos that help you tell the story so you can tell that story in future marketing or just savor the feelings of the day.

My event coverage aims to tell the story of your event with true to color editing (no sepia filters here) and a mixture of interactions between guests and detail shots.  I recognize that, depending on the type of event, these photos may have different uses for you.  Some clients just want images that they can utilize for marketing while some want to offer photos to donors or guests after the fact.

it's all about

your event

I offer two types of event coverage - candid and formal.  Candid photography is intended to cover events where I am doing minimal, if any, directing and just capturing event activities for your use.  This is best for marketing use.

Formal photography includes more directing from me - like some portraits within the event - as well as distribution of photos to donors and guests.  Formal events would include weddings and events with guests are going to have access to images for download.

For any event, I work with you well in advance to get a sense of your needs including specific images you want captured, positioning during event and turnaround time for delivery.
