Senior sessions have been part of my business for over 5 years and they quickly became my favorite type of portrait sessions. There is so much opportunity to be creative and showcase personality.
While some photographers might promise you a Pinterest 'look', I prefer to focus on what type of images highlight you best and give a sense of who you are at this stage of life. So, while I can offer some style tips and locations suggestions, that is secondary to what makes you feel like you.
These sessions are fun because it's as much about the experience as the end results. Awkward nerves soon give way to laughs and random conversations.

When you book, you'll fill out a questionnaire to give me a sense of who you are to start preparing me for your session. We can also schedule time for a consult if you want to talk more about your ideas - or questions! - about your session.
We will be in touch leading up to your session to talk location, weather and last minute wardrobe questions. My assistant and I will be your hype people during your session along with anyone else you choose to bring along. Fair warning to parents - I grab a senior/parent(s) pic at some point!

When you think of a senior session, this is probably what you imagine - multiple outfit changes, a few different locations, lots of variety in your final gallery. That's exactly what this is! Evening sessions (unless morning requested) that go as long as we need. The only limit is your energy level!
senior mini
Some seniors want a simplified session experience - one location, minimal outfit changes, low time commitment. I created these mini sessions just for you. Choose between 3 Eden Prairie locations for your 30 minute session. We still get good variety in your gallery and you can be on with your way!
senior yearbook
These very short sessions are designed specifically for seniors who really 'just want a few good pics' - something to submit to the yearbook and use for grad announcements. It's also all inclusive pricing - 10 minutes of session time and 10 image downloads. Easy peasy! (Only offered once a month)
